100 Housatonic Drive Proposal

The owners of this beautiful home with a great view of the Housatonic River in Milford, CT wanted to refinish the exterior siding on their house while making a few other modifications. A larger dormer above the entry porch was desired, along with an overhang above the garage door to help protect from the elements. A more exaggerated roof line extension was recommended as well to establish a more prominent character in the project.
