Founded in 2024 by Daniel Prendergast, we are a Connecticut based residential design practice dedicated to the thoughtful transformation of traditional homes. With projects throughout New Haven and Fairfield County, we approach each home as both a structure and a story by carefully preserving the architectural character while reimagining it for modern living.
