Laurel Road Proposal

This beautiful home on Laurel Road in New Haven, CT retains its colonial characteristics with an existing addition on the North facing side of the house. The clients were looking to design another addition on the South facing side of the house to achieve a symmetrical floor plan and front facade. The design proposal is heavily dependent on their guidance and NA was there to assist the project digitally with CAD drawings and 3D models to help visualize the design. Property line setback constraints do not allow for the possibility of perfect symmetry, but it is implied through the nature of the design provided by NA. Paying close attention to detail, like the size of openings and selection of materials, ensures a seamless, uninterrupted, design.
