Jefferson Street Proposal

This bungalow built in 1918 located in Connecticut was looking to expand the original footprint. Limited from the property line constraints, the proposal contained an addition off the back of the house with a large sun room on the first level and a master bedroom and bath on the upper level with a deck overlooking the Long Island Sound to the South.
